UD for Kids is a summer enrichment opportunity for students in grades 1-7. Students will build reading and math skills while taking courses in the areas of science, math, engineering, visual and performing arts, aviation, and culinary arts. The summer of 2021 was the 29th year of UD for Kids!
2021 Calendar
- June 21 - 25: All students who have completed grades 1-2 are invited.
- June 28 - July 2: All students who have completed grades 3-4 are invited.
- July 12 - 16: All students who have completed grades 5-6-7 are invited.
NEW in 2021 - Open Application!
All students who have completed grades 1-7 during the academic year 2020-2021 are invited to enroll in UD for Kids 2021. To participate in the program the online application form must be completed.
Application and registration for available classes will be accepted through May 12. The student fee of $125.00 must be paid within 48 hours of class registration.
COVID19 Precautions
The safety of students attending UD for Kids is of high priority. With that in mind, the following COVID19 precautions will be taken in June and July as necessary:
- wearing face coverings while indoors
- encouraging handwashing and use of hand sanitizer
- social distancing
- limiting class sizes to 15 students or less
- restricting contact among students to those in their selected classes
