Tom oversees operations of Heritage Center arts facilities. Prior to joining the Heritage Center staff, he completed nearly twelve years as executive director of the Schauer Arts and Activities Center in Hartford, Wisconson. He is originally from Dubuque.

Noah bullock was born and raised in Dubuque, IA. He went to Dubuque Senior High School and later attended the University of Dubuque (C'21). He majored in digital art, thus igniting his love for art history. Over the course of his time at the University, Noah was named College Photographer of the Year two years in a row ('17, '18). He was the President of the photography club and still has an important influence in the program today. Noah plans to go on and receive a master’s degree in both the fine arts of photography and museum studies.

Elainee is the student engagement graduate assistant for Heritage Center. She recently earned bachelor's degrees in fine and performing arts and business administration and is currently pursuing a master's in management - communications management degree, all through the University of Dubuque. Elainee has worked for Heritage Center since her start at UD in 2015. During her undergrad, she was heavily involved in the University's theater productions and the Heritage Performing Arts Advisory Committee.

Alan Garfield

Alan Garfield is chair of the Digital Art and Design Department at the University of Dubuque. He also serves as director of the Bisignano Art Gallery since its opening in 2008. His formal education is eclectic: BA, University of Iowa; MA, State University of New York-Binghamton; Postgraduate work Wadham College, Oxford. His interests, as measured by recent publications, included 2D and 3D animation algorithms, images in contemporary politics, 19th century French philosophies, Holocaust studies, and Beat Generation poetry. While he teaches at UD during the school year, he lives in Ireland with his wife, Phyllis, during the summer.

Korissa Clark

Korissa serves as the operations and promotions manager to Heritage Center and Department of Fine and Performing Arts. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a master in management-communication management degree from University of Dubuque. While at UW-P, she worked for the University Box Office and Center for the Arts. Clark worked for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois before coming to University of Dubuque.

Victoria Molle

Victoria manages the box office and front-of-house operations. She earned her bachelor of music merchandising from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and before coming to the University of Dubuque, spent six years as the director of operations and orchestra personnel at the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra.

Randy Schultz

Randy Schultz supervises all technical and back-of-house operations including lighting, sound, staging, and rigging. Randy holds a degree in architecture and recently completed fourteen years as Technical Director/Facilities Manager at the Schauer Arts and Activities Center in Hartford, Wisconsin. Previously, he worked in similar capacities for organizations including UW-Whitewater Young Auditorium and the Jefferson (WI) Council for the Performing Arts.
